If you have a long-term illness or you're disabled, you don't have to pay VAT on mobility furniture. So you can purchase any of our mobility products, which include Rise and Recline Armchairs and Adjustable Beds, and claim back the VAT. This means a saving of 17.5%. All you need to do to claim this rebate is download and fill in a simple form (link below) and return it to us. Once we have recieved the form we will directly refund 17.5% of the price you paid via your original payment method.

Alternatively if you would prefer to fill in the form prior to purchasing the goods you can fill in the form with all of your contact details and the details of the goods you are looking to purchase and we will be able to call you back to go through the order over the telephone and the discount will be applied prior to the payment being taken meaning you won't have to wait for a refund.
